clock by AVR and LCD

hi guys!
exuse me for poor english!
i searched alot for a clock which is made by AVR in C (codevision) that shows time on a 2*16 LCD.
i need it seriously for a classical project.
but i've never worked in C. i have worked in Basic and bascom.
i really dont know how to make it and to write its program.
a mega8 which shows time (hour minute second) on a 2*16 LCD. it should be adjustable by some switches (toch switch) an No keyboard. and the program of C, shoud use TIMER 0 mode. i also need the source code.

can any body help me? i have only 2eeks for final and it's not enough to learn a language.

the big masters of micro programming have gathered here, and no body likes help me?
