molim vas da mi netko odg.na pitanje kako utjece zagrijavanje (toplina) na napon solarne celije..??

Nasao sam ti potrebnu litaraturu na engleskom. Sa Wikipedije.

Potraži "band gap" u članku o solarnim ćelijama.
Dobro bi bilo da nađeš knjigu koja povezuje Fermijevu energiju i solarne ćelije. Tamo bi moglo puno toga biti obajšnjeno. Na žalost nisam našao ikakvu korisnu literaturu preko Googlea tražeći "fermi energy solar cell".
Knjigu na žalost nikakvu više nemam kod sebe da ti direktno pomognem.

Obična knjiga za elektroniku na fakultetu u Hrvatskoj. Sumnjam da ima poglavlje o solarnim ćelijama ali se može nadovezati. Dobili smo i par komada papira o solarnim ćelijama na elektronici. Ni to vise nemam.

hi guys!
excuse me for poor english! i'm using translator to read, but most pf your posts is ever in crovatian and i can't read them...
i USE some solar cells for my project. Not so big, about 10 cells, which dimansions are 1*1 cm. maximum voltage in maximum light is about 0.5v. amper is very low which i neglect it!
so i want to amplify them to a suitable level. i mean i want amplify them in a linear way. for example, when they are 0.1v, output goes to 1v, 0.2 goes to 2v, ..... 0.5v goes to 5v. THEN SEND THEM TO MICRO.
LIGHT => SOLAR CELL => AMPLIFY => COMPARE WHITH A REFRENCE VOLTAGE => CHNGE IT TO HIGH AND LOW LEVEL FOR DIGITALIZE => SEND TO MICRO
but i have some problems:
1-output of solar cells are not equal in same conditions. for example, two of them, under same light, are 0.5v and 0.43v . how can i calibrate them? i think that i can change the Rin ( in this fomula: Vo=-Vin*Rf/Rin) for every cell, to calibrate them for a equal output (of course after amplifier).
excuse for long post. CAN YOU HELP ME FOR SOLVING MY PROBLEM? IF ITS COMPLICATED, SAY AND I PUT A BLOCK DIAGRAM TO SIMPLIFY IT.
