1. Yes, that PIC with LED is for DLR-3P.kasamiko wrote:BTW trax, just want to ask few questions..
1. Is that part in the upper right corner of DLR-3P pic and LED? Connected on PIN18 of pic..
2. Can I used 1N4148 diode instead of 1N4001 for all the sensors input?
Thanks again..

2. Yes, you can use 1N4148 instead of 4001 diodes
I'm just finishing my PCB layout for RELAY board..post it here later..23101988 wrote:can you give me some photos about pcb with relays and diodes for sensor
anything about pcb with relays.
sorry on my english.
BTW: Your English is just GREAT..no need to say sorry..
@Trax
I think the PCB layout for the DLR-3P PCB is wrong..in the schematic the ANODE of LED is connected on PIN1 of PIC but on your layout the ANODE is connected on PIN18..
anyway I just cut the connection and put a jumper to PIN1 of PIC..

Evo plocice za releje za GSM kontroler. Na svitak releja treba zalemiti diodu 1N4002 (ili neku s visim naponom) i pripaziti na polaritet (katodu spojiti na plus a anodu na tranzistor).

I didn't find that error on my layout?! This layout in attachment is correct. Please correct me if I am mistaking!kasamiko wrote:@Trax

There is a mistake at "Adrian Dabrowski"'s original DLR-3P schematic! Check at his website at www.atrox.at My circuit is OK.
By the way, what happens with that LED now when you have connected it like that?

Well I don't have the wrong version or the right one, I have rewritten the schematic drawing and came up with my complete design of gsm kontroler v3.
You are wrong here dude, the LED should only BLINK once upon connecting the device to phone. It is lit only while the DLR-3P PIC is communicating with the phone (dlr-3p initialization of the phone) and after that it goes to SLEEP forever (until the reset, power off...).
Now, it's just discharging your phone's battery for no reason

GSM Controller 3
Hello to All!
Try this one instead of using relay, I am using Triac (solid state relay)
Mine is working almost 6 mons. now I think without turning off the cellphone.

Guys!
You can view the pcb layout on Sprint Layout 4
any feed back is really appreciated!

GSM controller 3.01 AC load
Hello Guys!
Yes, It is true! Applicable only on AC load. I am sure most of the Guys in the forum uses in AC load. Hmmm if you uses load with more current, use the "solid state relay" by omron. I got one here for example a 3volts input to trigger 220AC load 50Amps to enable the waterpump.
